Phase Foundation relies on donations to help us continue to provide our services to the community. Your support allows us to purchase new equipment, offer specialized training, and create more opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Every donation counts and makes a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Scholarships:
$25 provides one private 30 minute session.
$50 provides one hour or two private 30 minute sessions.
$100 provides private training for two one hour sessions.
$120 provides staffing to train eight clients in a small group for one month.
$255 will provide a month of 30 minute sessions.
$425 will provide a month of private sessions.
